As the Rodeo portrait comes into focus, it is important to observe the bungalow style of architectural detailing, mission entry doors with dentil shelves, window grills, architectural shingles in the gable ends and lap siding on the body, stone column bases, trim, and architectural elements, overall quality of construction and products, vibrant paint themes, and level of design intent within each home and neighborhood.

Numerous variations are available including: square footages ranging from 1392 to 3032, single story, two story, front and side porches, rear and side patios, attached and detached garages with exterior parking aprons along asphalt alleyways. This is a simple overview of the dynamics that will shape the Rodeo neighborhoods.

Any of the floor plans can be mirrored, garages attached or detached with an optional bonus room above (two story homes only), and there are two exterior elevation and roof plan versions for each home. There are eight exterior color pallets to choose from with rich body, shingle, trim, accent colors, and stone finishes. Additionally, there are three interior design pallets with several options in every category. The noted construction and finish alternatives all help to define a diverse pallet, allowing for distinctive homes.
